The LNG (liquid natural gas) industry faces a shortage of manpower.  With the ageing workforce coupled with an increase in global LNG projects, Lockton’s Peter Jackson believes oil and gas sector employers can take steps to remain competitive.

Jackson advises employers to focus on non-salary tools to gain and retain people but also seek external benefits providers with exceptional service and flexible benefits.

“Choosing the right healthcare provider is not just about cost,” said Jackson, “but the service you want to provide staff who have a choice where to work.”
